Every brand is a host of its own universe.
Contemporary hospitality through market intelligence and time well spent.
Welcome! I'm Bruna Miranda, a journalist and founder of Marca Anfitriã, a platform for journalism and market intelligence dedicated to new ways of welcoming people.
I explore developments in hotels, residences, workplaces, mobility and other industries to understand how businesses are improving experiences, valuing people's time and discovering new opportunities.
As every brand becomes a media channel in its own right, I believe the most relevant ones will also become hospitality experts, creating reasons for people to return.
This perspective comes to life through a digital publication and O Que Fica, our market intelligence offering for businesses.
For those who see hospitality as a business differentiator and time well spent as a priority.

O QUE FICA
From the world to your business.
What can an innovation in hospitality teach the retail industry? How might a new travel experience inspire changes in the workplace?
At O Que Fica, we connect ideas, experiences and developments across different industries to identify what deserves attention and what new possibilities may emerge for businesses.
It all begins with research, site visits, events and conversations. From there, we select what truly matters, explore the connections and share our analysis through exclusive sessions with leadership teams, employees, clients, partners, suppliers and professional communities.
After all, sharing knowledge is also a form of hospitality.
Beyond keeping up with what's new, we explore what these developments could mean for each business.

CURRENT EDITION
O Que Fica | Equipotel 2026
The first edition of O Que Fica grew out of our on-site coverage of Equipotel 2026 in São Paulo, one of Latin America's leading hospitality industry events.
Through product launches, innovations and conversations, we observed how hotels and suppliers are rethinking experiences, services and ways of welcoming guests.
But our perspective extended beyond the hotel industry.
Which ideas deserve attention? What can these innovations teach businesses in other sectors?
We brought together the event's most relevant developments, connected insights from different industries and examined opportunities, challenges and potential applications for any business that welcomes people, including retail, residential living, healthcare and events.
The result is an exclusive online or in-person session that brings insights from Equipotel into a conversation about the future and the possibilities for your business.

Marca Anfitriã
A fresh perspective on hospitality.
Hospitality goes beyond hotels, restaurants and travel. It is also present in the stores we visit, the places where we work, the homes we live in and the experiences we share.
Every brand, in one way or another, welcomes people.
We explore how decisions involving spaces, services, communication and human behavior can transform experiences and create greater value and connection, particularly in an increasingly fast-paced world.
Our research spans different industries and places around the world, seeking to understand what is changing, what already works, what remains unexplored and why it matters.
Our publications, analysis and market intelligence projects emerge from this intersection of journalism, curiosity and business insight.
At the heart of our approach is the understanding that hospitality goes beyond meeting a need. It means considering people's time, needs and expectations, creating experiences that stay with them long after they end.
Our Lens
TO READ, DISCOVER AND SHARE
A world of ideas about hospitality.
Our digital publication brings together places, brands, initiatives and events that reveal how hospitality is evolving.
From a hotel reinventing the guest experience to a store transforming the way people shop. From new approaches to residential living to solutions that make everyday life easier.
We follow developments in Brazil and around the world, connecting different industries and exploring new perspectives on what it means to welcome people well, inspiring new ways of thinking, creating and doing business.
Our Editorial Sections
Bruna Miranda
I'm a journalist, researcher and entrepreneur. My career spans fashion, communication, lifestyle, events, consumer experiences, strategic planning and market intelligence.
I've always been interested in understanding how people live, consume and interact with the world around them.
My early entrepreneurial work in fashion and lifestyle began during the rise of digital media, with Ameixa Japonesa and collaborations with brands such as Lacoste, Adidas, Multishow and Elle magazine. These experiences broadened my perspective on behavior, aesthetics and experiences.
Later, Velvet music club and Mambo Drinkeria, recognized by Veja Comer & Beber, brought hospitality and its connections with other industries into sharper focus.
Following a sabbatical in Paris, I developed Review and Guia Slow Living, a nationally distributed print magazine exploring sustainability, well-being and time well spent, reaching readers in Brazil, South America and Portugal.
Speaking engagements and moderated conversations at CASACOR, Bio Brazil Fair/Natural Tech and Barra Shopping further expanded my research into the forces shaping change and the opportunities emerging from them.
During this period, I also lived as a digital nomad across northeastern Brazil, staying in hotels and vacation rentals. Combined with my professional experience in guest relations, this deepened my understanding of the difference between simply providing a service and genuinely welcoming someone.
More recently, as Director of Planning and Innovation at an agency, I led market intelligence, trend research and strategic reporting projects for organizations including Fundação Dom Cabral, Itaú and Multiplan.
This brought me even closer to the decisions, challenges and opportunities businesses face.
Over time, these experiences converged around contemporary hospitality. Through Marca Anfitriã, I bring them together to explore new ways of welcoming people, connect ideas across industries and share perspectives that can inspire better decisions.
I use hospitality as a lens through which to understand market transformation and the ways we can make better use of our time through meaningful experiences, thoughtfully designed spaces and services that make life easier.
It's an approach centered on people, with the potential to transform how businesses operate and grow.
